Get ready to have fun and make new friends while getting in shape. The facilities are clean with the best heat and humidity. Balance Yoga Center fosters a caring community group of members who offer encouraging support. The instructors are very well trained and experienced, and will always offer modifications to each member as needed. I love the positive atmosphere and the smiles!

My co-worker introduced me to this place as the studio is located in walking distance from the place I worked. It is one of the best place to exercise. Not only the facility is clean and nice, but the owner and teachers are so encouraging that make you part of their family. Now I am coming almost as a daily basis. Highly recommended.
