Waiting room is clean the individual rooms for seeing the vet are clean and th exact where they keep the animals is very clean. My puppy ate a Tylenol pill. I called and told them what happened they told me to bring him in immediately and when I arrived someone came and took him to the back right away. He had a two night stay and they called to update me in the morning and the afternoon both days. The made it very clear that I could come in any time to see him I just called ahead to let them know I was coming. I was allowed to bring a dog treat with me. His kennel was very clean they tried to make him a toy to play with to keep him busy. When I could pick him up they asked for an estimated time of my arrival and everything was ready when I got there. They had my final bill ready my medications in a bag. A tech came and explained what to do and then they I was ready to go. Didn't take more than 10 minutes to get out of there. If an emergency arises again - hopefully not- I'd go right back to them.
