This place is the best! Everyone is so knowledgeable about anatomy and they really tailor the stretch to the needs of your body's needs. Greg, Anthony and JennAnn have actually made strides with reducing my chronic pain. And the receptionists are so friendly. My whole family is going now.

My foot has been bothering me for 2 days and Greg really helped me to stretch out the muscles that were causing some discomfort. As a nurse flexibility is key to keeping my career going and StretchLab has been a great investment for my body. Thank you!

I’ve been in athlete in many training programs that turned into participating in all kinds of different platforms of workouts and gyms as I got older. I’ve always been able to push my lower back pain to the side until recently! Beatriz was able to pin point the movements that were aggravating the pain, but also recognize what stretches I can be doing on my own to prevent the pain. I can honestly say it was the biggest relief I’ve had of back pain in years and it was instant. I look forward to adding another sessions with Beatriz in part of my wellness routine! Great Job!!!! I signed up because I was experiencing pain in my lower back, hips and behind my knees. I’ve had sessions with Anthony, Maria and Beatriz. Each of them are wonderful. I feel so much better now. Stretching really help to relieve your aches and pains.
