121 Tasman Apartments

I have lived here for over 3 years now, and just signed for another year. The management and staff are super friendly, helpful, and do a lot of work to make this an extremely clean, safe, and updated complex with great support and amenities. Safety especially is really important to me, and I feel like my vehicle and home are always protected here. The property and units are modern, high quality, and nice. The neighbors who live here are courteous and respectful of one another. I am very grateful to have this place to call home!

CAVEAT: I don't live at this location; however, I do frequent, by way of visiting a resident, often.
That said, parking is less than ideal. During most days, in the afternoon, one can find available parking. More than once in a 1 month stretch the available parking on Baypointe was filled on both sides of the street. Although, for some, the light rail station's location on Tasman may appear convenient, this may be one of the main contributions to limited visitor parking. Commuters and VTA employees alike take advantage of the close parking.

I just moved into the apartment and already loving being here. Great building, always clean, no noise issues or anything. Flomina Ghorbani who helped me during leasing was great throughout the process and even after. She was very courteous and supportive. Very excited to live here!

121 Tasman is a great apartment to call your home. I have been living here for more than two years now, and I absolutely love this apartment. Living here has been very comfortable and safe. The community offers all amenities with great design. The outside areas are all kept very clean, sanitized, and comfortable. Property manager Tracy and assistant community manager Flomina have been so helpful when moving in. They have kept us updated at every step and have been so cooperative and kind from day one. The maintenance team here is amazing. Especially Derek from the maintenance team is awesome. He is so friendly and always there to help us when we need help. I am happy I am living in 121 Tasman apartment. The security in this community is great. The garage is kept clean, and it is secure. This is one of the best apartments to live in. If you are looking for great amenities, security, and a pet-friendly community, this is the best choice, and I highly recommend living in 121 Tasman apartments.
