I've been working out with Brayan since January 2021. Since I only see him once a week, we do full body workouts each time. He caters each workout to my personal needs which includes my ultimate goal of building strength and losing weight. He also advises me on diet.
Since I started during covid-19, everything has felt very safe. We only workout outside with 6 feet distance. Brayan is extremely knowledgeable about his domain and directs me exactly what to do and fixes my form if it's incorrect.
Added bonus is I'm also learning Spanish during my classes! Brayan will count and tell me things in both English and Spanish (I've been learning Spanish for 2 years), so it's a full mind and body workout :)
I highly recommend personal training with Brayan, it's super fun and effective!
