“My husband and I went to the Lazy Boy store on Blossom Hill Rd. In San Jose, CA. Patrick, the store manager was extremely helpful, patient and resourceful. Patrick and another saleswoman, Debra, introduced us to the room design program which helped us decide what size of couch to get. This program allowed us to visualize the couch we wanted to buy but were uncertain as to how it would fit or look. After seeing the layout, we finally we able to make our purchase and are extremely happy with the comfortable recliner leather couch. And, Patrick was able to find a special deal just for that day so we were able to purchase our couch within our budget. Finding a couch that meets our needs and budget is not easy but Patrick made is seamless and we are very pleased. And, Patrick has the patience of a saint to deal with all our questions.
