I got to meet them both when I went into the store because Pete and Roberto are both hands on in their business, however I've been working with Roberto. I'm redoing my house with LVT floors and after shopping around Roberto gave me a thicker tile / higher quality material and even beat the price of my cheapest set of material I was looking at. Seriously, he is a really cool dude. He's willing to work with you to find exactly what you want, show you similar alternatives you might not have seen someplace else, and get it to you at a great price. They're only using high quality materials in their store so none of the cheap imported Chinese stuff. The customer service is great. When they tell you they're going to call you back they definitely make it a point to call you fast. These guys don't waste time. If you're looking for some high quality floors for your house or business don't hesitate to give them a call or stop by the store! You won't be disappointed!”

From September until February he has regularly called to check on me even if I did not have an appointment. His assistant Jon has been professional and helpful at all times including late night hours and weekends. My surgery was successful thanks to Dr. Cabaccan. Dr. Cabaccan spends up to an hour with his patients making sure they understand all issues concerning their diagnosis. Sometimes it causes him to run late for his appointments. I applaud his care and concern for the patient.”

(u have to sign a contract for 1 year though). Driving can be stressful sometimes but it is part of the cake and it is how we make living.
