Classes/Instructors review: - Gentle and yin yoga with Jennifer are not to be missed, you will walk out feeling centered, balanced and ready for the day. - Danielle's Tuesday flow class is wonderful, perfect for all levels with all the options offered, and she never tries to push you if you're not ready for the next option. - Elena's Pilates class on Monday is great since she understands the importance of form and how to fix your alignment to get the maximum benefit from your workout. - Jessica's Sculpt classes: I met Jessica when I did not know how to even do a proper squat, and in a couple of years, I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. What sets Jessica apart, is that she truly cares about each student's fitness journey and will inspire and motivate you to become a stronger healthier version of you. - Jessica's dance classes: Once you try Jessica's dance classes, all other dance class won't do. Best cardio workout in town.”

“Great shop located on Union Ave; I've been going there for years. Great service, old-time "get the job done" attitude. Purchased a storage cabinet lately with a locked top but I didn't have the key. While I waited, owner made a key for me based on his knowledge of the lock type and the key number on the lock. Worked perfectly. I won't go anywhere else.”

“Signing up for martial arts with Major Kim is a life changing and can also be a life defining experience. I started martial arts at age 35 with no prior training. It increased my endurance much more than just running and working out. Major Kim is hands down one of the best instructors I have ever had in my life across all disciplines. He is also the person other instructors come to when they want to understand some of the finer points. His instruction and guidance is second to none. He has many lifetimes’ worth of experience in martial arts that he is able to share, so that you too can live a healthier life. He is also a very selective instructor who also picks his students. If you want to improve your health, be in better shape, or if you are already in great shape but want to see what else you can work on, come on by, check it out.”

“I’ve only been to this nail salon once about two weeks ago. I wanted a pedicure and a gel manicure. They did my nails and pedicure simultaneously. Tracy did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and she even repaired a broken nail that wasn’t long enough to cut off the broken nail. She was was polite and professional. I believe the price for the gel manicure was $28. I can’t recall the name of the woman who did my pedicure, nor do I recall the price; she did a great job on my pedicure but the nail color of one of my toenails chipped in 4 days. Usually, regular nail polish on my toenails can last up to a month. The salon was very quiet and I wish there was a little background music. I’m glad I had enough cash with me to pay for the services and enough to tip both ladies; they only accept cash. Still, they did a great job and I will return.”

“We held my Dad’s funeral through SJ Funeral service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I called often with a lot of questions and never felt like I was bothering anyone. The VA office never came through with my Dad’s paperwork so we couldn’t have military honors at his funeral so Sheila and Victoria went above and beyond to make sure that he was recognized as a veteran at his funeral. I appreciate every one of the staff here!”
