“Great customer service today at my local Target! Always appreciate the selection (“You can get just about anything at Target”) and the cleanliness of the store. But today I hit a pitch at the self checkout and the guy who came to my aid was so fast & so pleasant, it really went beyond my expectations. Then I hit another “glitch” and the customer service person was, again, very efficient and very pleasant. Everyone was in above-and-beyond mode! I’ve never had a problem at this store. And it saves a lot of time, being able to get everything in one place.”

“My 60 year old galvanized main water line pipe decided to spring a leak one cold Saturday evening... I had to scramble to turn the water off at the meter. As soon as I did, I started calling around plumbers that could come out quick to help me fix the pipe, as i had no water in the house of 5 people. No showers, washing hands or using toilets. 4 guys came out, Freddy from Freedom was 2nd lowest offer. What sold me on his quote was that he was going to use a trenchless tunneling system called the HammerHead (minimize trenching and destruction of 50 feet of my yard) and the fact that he suggested that he install a pressure regulator without being asked (unlike the other plumbers). The pressure regulator is important because after replacing a 60 year old corroded galvanized steel pipe with brand new copper line, the water pressure in the house could go up dramatically, causing damage to appliances and pipes in the house. Freddy even agreed to install a Flo by Moen leak detection system at no additional charge. I am glad I decided to go with Freddy, his guys showed up on time the next morning, as agreed. His crew of guys (Christian and 4 others) worked non-stop, tirelessly and professionally. I could definitely tell the guys take pride in their work, they all did a fantastic job. I would recommend Freddy and Freedom Underground, they are awesome!”

“It felt like I was in a weird Vietnamese hipster nightclub during day lounge that served boba. There was this soft couch with a neon sign on the wall. Christmas green and red lasers were shooting toward the back wall at the 3 foot pink Christmas tree. I'm not sure how safe that is because my eyeball was in the path of those lasers while waiting for my milk tea $6.50. The staff was nice. The older women was eating this shelled shrimp dish with her hands on the cashier counter. Luckily the younger teen helped me with my order and made my milk tea. The tea was not as fragrant as I would have liked. Perhaps I took some edge off because I asked for unsweetened. Still, good milk tea. More tea, less milk would have been better.”
