Our experience was just amazing with Jim. He was meticulous as he went about his work with rigor and attention to detail. We had 3 couches and a rug cleaned and the results were great.
Jim was great. Carpet came out look new. The unit looks new again. I am very impressed.

I was so happy with my service. I had made the costly mistake the last time I had my carpets cleaned of using a "specialty company" . They had claimed to experts on pet stains. They were unable to do as they had promised. I was charged over $1000.00 dollars for 3 rooms. This was calculated per spot ! Which still remained. Jim arrived this Saturday on time and ready to get the job done. He was able to remove stains the others could not. In addition he did far more areas they I had received the quote for at no additional charge. This time of year every dollar counts, and Jim truly gave me the best gift of all! A spotless home for the holidays. I will be a loyal client forever!!
Mr. Graham is very courteous, professional and prompt. A very good human being and likewise is his service. He did an awesome job cleaning my really dirty and stained carpet. He was very patient and left it spotless clean. My carpet is also disinfected and free of all allergens. He is very hardworking and he went out of his way to ensure I was fully satisfied with his service. Very affordable and reliable... I have already recommended him to many of my friends, and would continue to recommend him to everyone!
