(February 20, 2019, 1:01 am)I've been training with Laila for about 4 months now and I'm noticing that I have been gaining muscles and have gone to the gym without feeling anxious or self-conscious. I'm astounded by my own progress and I do have Laila to thank for that (thank you ! ! !). Laila is informative, knowledgeable, easy-going, caring, listens, and provides feedback when necessary. I'm grateful to her and for all of her guidance as we continue to work on the goals that I have set for myself.

Also she really cares about your nutrition and guides healthy living. I've been training with Laila once a week for about 4 months now. And I can feel I become stronger after training with her. I am happy to work with her!

(July 9, 2018, 6:04 pm)Laila is a great trainer and she responds to your messages really fast. I also like that she takes your ideas into suggestion. I did remote training with her for 3 months. I appreciated how even though it was remote, she told me to send videos to make sure my form was correct. Would recommend, especially if you're new into fitness. :)
