We had a great experience with our movers from the moving company. Their truck also was big enough so it only took one trip. They were quick, efficient and friendly. We usually always move ourselves but now that we have experienced having movers we will be hiring them any time we need to move again. I 100% would recommend them. They also have very fair rates. Thank you guys so much for making our move less stressful !!

I worked with many other movers before, but none of them can provide such service compared to that from New Joy. New Joy workers were very punctual and patient. I have specific requirements of packaging for my bulky items. I am always worried they would ignore my requests but surprisingly it was all nicely done without reminding. Now I am happy and rest assured.

The movers Mr. Hao and Teacher were so punctual and very kind. Despite not answering their call three times on the day of the move, they didn't back out.
