He made some manual adjustments to my lift gate, hinges and latch so that I don't have to spent thousands of dollars replacing it !! (in contrast, at Fremont's "Everything body shop" (where they bragged that they are rated #1) the owner wanted $10,000 to cut and replace back of my minivan. At another Sunnyvale shop owned by an Indian - he would not take my tough case. )”
