“Quality all around provider. I've been using Bay Home Care Services for over a year now. They are providing care for my 76 year old wife who is wheelchair bound and has Alzheimer with a very unique personality. The care manager understands the needs of my wife and tries really hard to match a caregiver for my wife. Sometimes my wife can be very hard to manage and care for. The caregivers are very good at managing my wife's needs and desires. I have learned a lot from the caregivers on how to do transfers and care for my wife at night when it is just wife and myself. I have caregiver services from 9am to 6pm. In addition to the scheduled service days, they have provided additional or changed service with very little notice or lead time. They do a fantastic job to provide caregiver services when needed. I don't know what I'd do without them. A special thanks to Jane who has provided caregiver services for most of the time over the past year. She is well organized, has great caregiver skills and communicates well with my wife. On days when Jane is not there, my wife asks "Where is Jane"? I would recommend Bay Home Care Services to anyone that needs care for their loved ones.”
