Also got a pumpkin peel facial and had a great experience. They let you relax and don't talk much during the sessions, are open to feedback and very accommodating. “The DBT Center of Silicon Valley has changed my life for the better. When I started, I was in a horrible place with my trauma and BPD. DBT has opened my eyes to the possibility of a life not controlled by my emotions or by toxic relationships. This program gives you all the tools to learn and succeed, but you need to really work the program and put the time in. The therapists are all extremely compassionate and knowledged, and they do everything they can to make individual/group sessions as informative, inclusive, and safe as possible. It is expensive, but if your insurance allows it, you can submit for a partial or full reimbursement of services and the DBT center will provide you all of the documentation to do so. I finished my first round of DBT late last year and plan to go back for their trauma program sometime this year. I seriously could not recommend this program enough.”
