“Dr. Madan is a great doctor who is attentive and can really fix problems. We found Dr. Madan after we moved to the area because my daughter had complained about having trouble hearing for a year. Our last Pediatrician checked twice, but nothing changed, and the problem kept bothering my daughter. At the first visit of Dr. Madan, she tried the wash, nothing big came out. She suggested we use the Debrox to soften the ear wax first and come back. At the second visit, Dr. Madan spent an hour washing both ears and took out two huge pieces of ear wax like the pinky’s nail size from each side. My daughter can hear so clearly immediately. We are so grateful for what Dr. Madan has done to solve my daughter's hearing problem! Dr. Madan is also very thorough with my daughter's annual check-up. Her office staff is friendly and helpful. “My treatment is not finished yet but I can categorically say that these last few weeks have been the best in the last 30 years. (YES. YOU READ CORRECTLY. 3 x 10 = 30 ). After all those years of suffering from chronic depression, I read Dr. David Burns' book "Feeling Great" (which explains TEAM CBT) I immediately identified myself with the PATIENT RESISTANCE TO TREATMENTS approach as I had already tried "everything". Unfortunately, I have not found ANY certified TEAM CBT therapist in Brazil. I got in touch with the Feeling Good Institute that referred me to some certified professionals outside the USA because American therapists couldn't help me because I live in Brazil. I opted for Dr. Dipti Joshi (India) who has been doing an EXCELLENT job and I already have clear symptoms improvement. She is very patient, empathetic, and technically accurate. After we broke the language barrier (I'm a non-native English speaker) the results started to show up. If you are a psychologist, get certified. Don't think twice. If you are a patient, don't think.... just do it !! I made conventional CBT in Brazil, the USA, and Germany: the effectiveness and productivity of TEAM CBT are much superior/more "professional". In addition, I found the experience of doing therapy remotely via Zoom excellent because you have the option to record sessions and watch again later. “Fantastic doctor! Dr. Tatelman is thorough and wonderfully efficient. I have been to countless doctors in the Bay Area, after taking care of my mom who had Parkinson's, for many years. Dr. Tatelman is the best doctor I have experienced here. I have never waited more than five minutes for an appointment. Any lab work needed is right there, so it's an absolute breeze. You get detailed results quickly through her online portal. Given the doctor's typical zero wait times, you might think an appointment would be rushed - not at all. Dr. Tatelman takes her time and goes in depth. I feel completely confident in her high level of care, which is superlative, especially for the Bay Area. Her office is run very well by Nina, who is friendly and efficient. Phone calls are always returned quickly, many times within a half hour. There is not one downside to Dr. Tatelman's practice. “Dr. Lam is a miracle worker! After one visit my back and feet feel so much better. Everything I came in for was addressed, he educated me very well on how to take care of my ongoing heel pain, and he genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve been coming here for years and every time I go he treats me with the same tentative care. His rates are very affordable and worth every penny! They do accept with or without health insurance btw! So today I randomly called to see if I can just walk in. The receptionist was very nice and let me know I can come in after 4pm. Great! Idk any other doctors office that accepts walk ins other than urgent care. 🤷♀️ Experience: As soon as I walk in, Dr. Lam greets me right away with no wait time! He starts by asking about where I have pain and you can tell he genuinely CARES! First we did muscle and heat therapy which felt amazing. He explained in detail why my feet hurt. Gave me the best advice I’ve heard of which shoes to buy, insol recommendations AND he plays tennis so he was kind enough to give me two of his tennis balls to roll on for my feet. Then he adjusted my shoulders/upper back and neck. The session ends in a really good massage chair which is not like your typical massage chair. You can tell it’s good quality, it massages you head to toe. His kindness & work ethic are unmatched. Every time I come here he takes great care of me and fixes the problem I came in for. Back story: I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and I injured my left heel. I have been going to a different place for physical therapy for “plantar fasciitis” for TWO MONTHS. Very little progress. I felt so hopeless and wasn’t able to dance for weeks but then I went to see Dr. Lam! I’m so grateful and will definitely be back next week. :) He’s so kind. Went above and beyond. He educated me very thoroughly, more than my primary doctor has and even recommended insoles!”
