“I used their service when referred by Fidelity Home Warrant. Kevin was very prompt on giving call at 8 am and letting me know when his technician (Joe) will be coming in. Joe knows his job well and he identified water line leakage issue in less than a minute , replaced the line and done with job in 15 minutes. Very clean and professional. He didn't stop there, but speculated if it has to do with water pressure as these issues are not common. He went and checked water pressure and found PVR has an issue and it is no more regulating water pressure. He and Kevin co-ordinated with warranty company and got approval for PVR replacement, got part from their inventory store and replaced it. Joe found issue with cartridge too caused by high water pressure. Kevin jumped in and got those cartridge in no time and replaced them. Both Joe and Kevin went above and beyond and helped us resolve the problem in no time. I really appreciate your efforts guy. I know whom to call for my plumbing needs going forward! Thanks.”

“Panther Plumbing is the real deal. They do a lot of new construction and maintenance. Recently my parents used them for the purchase and install of a new hybrid water heater system. Actually, Panther Plumbing did all the original new construction plumbing in their home 25 years ago. We just remodeled the kitchen and master bath. Panther ran the gas lines with easy access shutoff valve as well as a pot filler water line above stove, water line to fridge, sink & disposal on both island and main sink, installed dishwasher, tub water lines, and re-plumbed the entire shower to include a handheld and rain shower head. I also reached out to Panther when my Grandma's house in Watsonville had a water main break in the front yard. They were there same day and fixed the issue good as new. They are reliable, professional and do things right the first time. Cant say enough about the experiences over the years. Highly recommend.”

“The Garza family does an awesome job of managing this family business. They truly care about the customer and the job they do. I had a leaking water heater and Adam (who is still out in the field even though he is the VP) had my water heater replaced the next day. I also had A/C pipes hindering the replacement, and he patiently worked through the challenge and made it better for next time a replacement is needed. I wish my A/C guy had thought about what he did. Adam also is a straight-shooter that I can appreciate. He objectively gave the benefits and costs associated with tankless vs. water heater tank. Both solutions are feasible, just some different trade-offs. I opted for water heater tank to get my family hot water sooner and lower installment cost. Adam is meticulous on the job and gets it done right the first time. And he's friendly and courteous (and wore a mask the full time)! Highly recommended.”

“Short Version: It was a no brainer decision to choose TrenchFree for our sewer lateral replacement. +No inspection fee +Most competitive quote among 6 competitors +Best (lifetime) offered warranty +Price included the required building permit +Every interaction was professional and timely (Thanks Felipe and Jose!) Long Version: At the end of 2020 we discovered that our sewer lateral had rotted through in the middle of our yard, and also had major root intrusion under the sidewalk causing monthly backups. The initial quote from the plumbing company that performed the unclogging was nearly $20K for a full replacement out to the main. I immediately started shopping around for competing quotes, including paying $400+ dollars total in inspection fees to various competitors just for the privilege of receiving a quote. My search led me to the TrenchFree website which is very professional and gave me the initial impression that they would probably provide a quote at the higher end of the spectrum, but that was not the case. Felipe at TrenchFree provided a free inspection and an economical quote for a partial replacement of the upper asbestos sewer lateral that had rotted through the bottom, and the middle clay sewer lateral that had major root intrusion. Their price included the building permit, with a quoted per hour price for sourcing an additional encroachment permit that may be necessary. They were pretty backed up (no pun intended) around the end of 2020 but provided a realistic time estimate for sourcing the building permit and starting the work once the contract was signed. An added bonus was that now that we were TrenchFree customers if our lateral clogged again before replacement, they would come out and clear it for free. Jose stayed in contact and called me once their schedule opened up and the permit was sourced to begin the work. The work was completed over 2 days, one full day for the lateral replacement and one morning for the inspection and finishing touches. The crew lined up the encroachment permit, but was able to complete the job without digging up the sidewalk or pavement so they cancelled the permit and didn't even bill for the time they spent sourcing it (saving me $1000+). After payment I was provided a copy of the building permit for my records. Our yard is semi-landscaped and is in the same condition as before the work was performed, which is impressive given the amount of dirt that was excavated. As a homeowner the entire process was seamless and the TrenchFreee team made it as positive and experience as possible. I highly recommend this company!”

“I have been thrilled with the work that has been accomplished. Nick and David, our installation team, are professional and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough about them. We still have a bit of work to do to make the City Inspectors happy, but we should be complete with that work in a matter of a few days. Our only unhappiness with our experience is that Bellows is so good at what they do, it takes a long time to get through the process. We got our initial scope of work estimate and bid proposal on June 28, 2021. We accepted their bid in early July. Unfortunately, due to the workload, the installation of the AC unit was not accomplished until September 28 and 29, 2021. It has been a long, hot summer . . . sigh. Anyway, I think Bellows is a great company with superior staff. I would recommend them to others. I would also recommend having AC units replaced in the dead of winter!”

“Alex at the customer service(return desk) moved me tremendously ! I drove to the store to return some stuff this late evening around 9pm. After I unloaded the items from my car, I locked the door, and then I remembered that the key and phone were locked inside. A nice gentleman helped me to call my husband, but he didn't answer the phone. My husband usually sleep very early and phone always away from him. So I pushed the cart with the return items to the customer service desk. Since my receipts were locked in the car as well, I told the staff at the desk my situation and asked if someone could help me. Alex - a tall young man handed me his cell phone and said:" I called Lyft for you, please enter your address here." I realized that he paid the fare for me and said immediately: “I will pay you back when I get my car key and come back". "It's not a big deal. Please don't worry!" He comforted me.
