“The food is always good. There is always more of a wait, but it's worth it because it tastes good, and it's understandable due to lack of staff and their fixing food for carry out and delivery too. I have also noticed the service has gotten faster, especially when they have more than one cook in the kitchen! Ashley is always SUPER sweet and attentive when I go. The new manager does seem to care about the staff and over working then which is good too. My complaint is due to the drama between other staff that can be heard by the diners. There is one waitress that I have encountered a couple times that their seemingly negative attitude made me not really want to come back, but I remembered that we never know what people are going through so I tried to respond kindly and not angrily and she definitely softened. I think it's more an issue of being stressed out especially with all of the to go and delivery orders that come through in addition to the lack of staff they experience quite often. Yes, we should present our best at work, but we are all human. I wish their were a way for the restaurant management and probably franchise, to look at team building and responding to specific store staff needs like maybe not participate in delivery services or something. I know there is a lot to running a restaurant and if short staffed this would be hard, but investing in the staff would also promote being fully staffed!”

Reasonable fast service and decent sit-down tables and some side options like soup and BBQ Pork Buns and egg rolls and cold drinks. The soup comes with the 3-item combo, a bit pricier Chinese food than fast food like Panda Express. ..PRETTY GOOD DEAL though overall.... the quality and taste is above average and the location in the nice residential area of MV-Los Altos close to good schools is appealing to families and kids and working adults in the area.”

Ordered a variety of items to morsel out - just a heads up, most items have spice. The vegetable samosa was good, cooked great with a crunchy shell but soft inside. The ground lamb kabob was a bit dry but overall okay. Rice and saag paneer were on point. Naan bread was a little dry with little taste of anything but flour. During covid, presentation of food is hard to distinguish but came in boxes and sealed containers to keep food warm.”

They are very helpful there one sales person even told me to let him know what I was planning to cook and could recommend packets with all the required spices in.
