“I am proud to be a part of LFM family. My daughter has learned a lot within one year. Education for preschoolers and Pre-K kids are designed carefully by professionals. I love the way how teachers maintain a balance between hands on learning, reading, writing and maths. It's a great place to introduce diversity to your kids from an early stage. Ms. Sandy's vast knowledge and experience and Ms. Rebecca's calm, composed and caring nature made my child grow in her own way. Ms. Suzette and Ms. Joy both created an environment which is friendly and supportive. In current COVID scenario, school is doing well by putting strict guidelines for health check-up and maintaining hygiene.”

“Both my kids take piano lessons with Amanda at Mountain View Piano. They learned a lot in a short amount of time (& they had fun doing it). She uses the Simply Music method & is extraordinarily patient, creative, skilled & knowledgeable. She also recently pivoted to online lessons exceedingly well and allowed students to continue learning while following the social distancing guidelines that have been in place for the last couple of months. Amanda helped us sort out how to set things up to make the lessons as seamless and helpful as possible. She also arranged for her students to participate in a virtual party at the end of last week so that they could perform for each other and celebrate their continued progress. It was an engaging and rewarding event for all. We highly recommend Amanda as an online teacher - she totally rocks!”

“My 7 year old son has been in online classes since March. All the teachers are passionate educators, who are willing to make all the efforts to foster the curiosity and love for new knowledge. They made the math education not boring lessons but rather fascinating adventures. My boy looks forward to having his math classes and meeting his teachers every week, and that’s been the highlight of his week ever since he joined Think Academy. I witnessed how Think Academy gave my boy the joy and confidence during the past eight months and I highly recommend it to any kid who wants to explore new knowledge.”

“Decent public school. It is possible to receive a decent education here. Plenty of extracurriculars available. Great theater, music, art, journalism, leadership, and photography programs here. Plenty of AP courses available. WGHS is often underrated, but it really isn't as bad as many people think. Class of 2012 here, and I got accepted to UCLA along with 7 of my peers. Many also got accepted to Berkeley, Stanford, Dartmouth, etc.”

“NBA School is very lucky because it got truly amazing instructors. I took a phlebotomy class with Mr. Santiago who is a science professor. He deserves 10 out 5 stars for laying out all the material for you the most comprehensive way possible. He truly cares about his students and makes sure you are ready for the national exam. As long as you study your notes, read the textbook, and take some practice tests, you'll get your certificate”

“The administrating as well a the teaching staff here are a credit to their profession. Public schools are only a collection plate for taxes. This private school is; a focused educational environment. In my opinion there isn't a public school in our country that compares.”

“I went into the branch to get a form printed only because I don’t have my printer set up at home yet. I went in the line to get cash and there’s was about a 15 second wait (seriously and realistically). I went around 11:40 am, so I pretty much lucked up and has no wait for any service I needed. I sat with a banker who assisted me and she was very nice. I’ve never had any issues with Chase and I’ve been a customer since the WaMu days.”

“Mission Soaring Center taught me back in 1997 an I have been a customer ever since. Having a shop to see new and used equipment that is right here in the SF Bay Area is great. I have seen students go thru their program over the years, and have always been impressed with the consistent quality and safety of their program. They also have the best training hill around, a great sloped bunny hill that typically has the wind coming straight in. Not true for the majority of the other training sites.”

“Our fifth year in this wonderful preschool with my second child! Warm, supporting community of families and amazing, LOVING, CARING and KNOWLEDGEABLE teachers! Kids are learning through play, exploration, and a great variety of fun, age-appropriate activities that are carefully and thoughtfully selected by teachers according to kids interests. Children learn to make choices and engage in something they really like and enjoy while learning at the same time without even knowing it. Parent education is a great and valuable part of this preschool too.”

“This is a bilingual daycare/pre-school on a fenced-off portion of the Vinci Park Elementary campus. Hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Other campuses include Emerald and Ruskins. The classroom has two sections shared by three separate classes - Banana, Apple, and Orange classes (corresponding with ages). The classroom are heated and air-conditioned, has two clean bathrooms, and a large size yard with plenty of outdoor toys. The school is structured and well-organized, with at least two teachers for each class with a maximum of 18 children for each class. One teacher focuses on English while the other focuses on Mandarin Chinese. A typical day includes exercise, breakfast, circle time (instruction), play time, tv instruction, lunch, nap time, afternoon circle time, snack time, and free play. There are three high-quality performances each school year during Halloween, Chinese New Years, and Mothers Day. There is one field trip per school year and three organized activities such as Easter egg hunt, Christmas party, and Turkey Trot. Lifetouch photographer visits twice a year. All breakfast, hot lunch, drinks and snacks are included in the tuition. They dont ask for fund raisers or donations except for facial tissue and easter eggs. What I like about this school is it's structured like a real school. You won't find kids unattended and wasting their day away. This is because they have a strong director in Ms. Lucy, and a very professional core of educators in Ms. Jenny, Lei, Summer, Ting-Ting, Marlene, and many others. They demonstrate passion for their work, really connect with children, and display great attitudes daily. Children loves them and often returns for visits many years into elementary school. Furthermore, they pay attention to detail; they make sure children are taken care of and knows exactly what they ate, when they went to restroom, and provide a personal report to patents at the end of the day. Lastly, children learn to interact with many other kids while supervised. Topics taught include alphabets, math, science, chinese, ettiquete, art, holidays, chinese traditions, cooking, phonics, sight words, word families, history, dance, yoga, and much more. They grow plants, have live silk worms, and hands-on science demonstrations. Children will bring piles of homework, art projects, and artwork home daily. You are free to visit and observe your child any time. Overall, this is a well-organized and safe environment where there are caring teachers who expose the students to a wide range of education topics and physical performances. I highly recommend this school.”
