“Play-based facility that actually has what is needed to call a pre-school play-based: large play area, different types of play areas: grass, sand, playground, fruits and vegetables garden, wacky garden. Large and nice and colorful classrooms, happy environment: music, performances. good people: trustworthy and kind while following the rules and guidelines. We were really at ease sending kids to NCC during Covid, as they were so strictly following the protocols. Great diversity among both kids and teachers.”

“I had been pole dancing for a bit over a year and a half before finding Ly's Pole Studio. I've only been coming to Ly's Pole Studio for a couple months, but I already feel like my skills have improved tenfold. The teachers not only will teach you moves; they will teach you how to creatively and dynamically go from one move to another. They really put so much thought into every combo they create for each and every class! Also, everyone at the studio is so nice and welcoming. I had just moved from Florida and didn't know anyone in the Bay Area- and within a couple months, I've already made so many new friends through the studio. If you're looking for a studio with an uplifting environment, that will increase your strength, flexibility and creativity on the pole- this studio is for you :)”

“Vidyaarambh has been such a godsend for us. My daughter started when she was 3 years old. She started out as a shy little girl with lots of social anxiety but, the teachers have gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and content and generally enjoy her school day. Between structured activities and play based learning, interspersed with shlokas and age appropriate religious lessons, the entire time she spends there is full of learning opportunities. She is 4.5 years old now and loves every part of her preschool experience. The teachers, Sujatha, Sumathi and Swapna are very well trained in their jobs and are constantly updating themselves with the latest in childhood education techniques. They attend seminars and courses and are happy to share that knowledge with parents. With many Hindu festivals celebrated over the year and two yearly parties and skits, the students here really come out knowledgeable about Hinduism and enjoying the cultural immersion they are exposed to. If you have a child who is 3 or older, please consider getting them enrolled here. It will be an amazing experience for your child and yourself!”

“My daughter has been learning to swim for almost 3 years at DACA Swim School(Cupertino). The indoor pool is great for escaping California’s strong sunshine in summer. Also, the pool water is a little bit warm in winter, which makes kids feel more comfortable when they have to swim during cold days. Besides, the staff and instructors are friendly. Some of the coaches are really patient and professional, like Edward, Sonia, Amanda and so on. However, sometimes the new coaches will be assigned to students. It takes time for both new coaches and students to get used to each other. In general, this is a great place to learn to swim, especially for people who live nearby.”

“I have a 7 year old boy and 4.5 year old girl, both of them are going to graduate from Trust in two months. They started going to Trust when they were 2 year old. The school is part of our daily life for 5 years now, and there are so many things to write about, I will try to make it brief... 1. How I come to Trust- Trust is a chinese-english bilingual private school for kids from 2 year old till first grade. As a first time mom, I visited all the bilingual school with 20miles distance in 2010, to find the right one, and picked trust among all, because, 1). the class rooms are clean, and temperature is comfortable. 2). the teachers have genuine smiles and smile right into my eyes. 3) The administration is very open an take me around classrooms without reservation. 4). the school is in a real campus, instead of residential house or commercial building 4) kids look clean and happy, 5) no complicated tuition structures, it is 7:30 to 6:30. 6) back to the teachers, they are all very upbeat and gentle at the same time, without knowing much, I can tell these are the people I would like my kids to spend time with. 2. The teachers: the kids change room each year, and will be with different teachers. For 2-3 year old, there are 3 teachers for each class, and for the 4 -7year old, 2 teachers each room. We have worked with most of the teachers if not all. Each everyone of them is awesome. On top of being loving, caring, knowledgable, they are also charismatic individual in life. Ms D, the head teacher for first grade and kinder garden, has a colorful background, includes performing, before becoming a professional educator. Her teaching is vibrant, and effective. Ms Joy the Chinese teacher for the same grade, always cheerful with great imaginaton, my son learnt so many chinese words from her. Ms Yang and Ms Daisy, my daughter's current room teachers, they really know how to talk to and play with younger kids, and truly cultivating the young minds. Ms. Katy, Shirley, Peng, Eva, Gina, Sarah, Julie, Kelsey, Jackie, they are all outstanding educators, I will need to write different reviews for each teacher, and all 5 stars! 3. The administration, Ms Ann and Ms Flora, are very supportive and accommodating. They really listen to parents feedback in terms of each student individual need, and make arrangement accordingly. 4. School activities: the school put a lot of efforts in singing, dancing and performing, and that is for every single kid. I can't imagine how hard it is to teach two year olds to sing and dance on stage, but nonetheless, they spend the time and energy to let every kid to have the opportunity to perform. I bring my family and friends every time to watch the performance, and we enjoy it every time. There are also field trip to Egyptian museum, San Francisco Opera, Almaden mining museum, CDC, pumpkin patch. 5. Classmates and parents: I found the kids and parents here are very likable too, a smart and happy bunch too. My kids love their teachers, and the school, they ask to come back for after school, and I am very happy with the school, they are my friends and almost like family at times. It is a great experience for all of us.”

“CCSC was so beneficial for our child, and we could not have asked for better care! We enrolled our daughter at 4-months in the Sprout classroom. Any worries that we had about her being too young for daycare quickly disappeared when we experienced the level of attention, care, and love given by her four teachers. They were so proactive when communicating to us about her day, her growth, her accomplishments. I do believe that my child has better social skills because of CCSC's highly interactive, play-based environment. What's more, the classroom environment (and really, the entire CCSC environment) was beautiful and serene. There were plenty of clean toys, art and photos of children on the walls, a calm, separate room for napping, and easy access for the children to go outside. I loved that the children went outside every day (except in bad weather) and that there was plenty of yard space for them to roam around while still within supervisable distance from the teachers. Finally, the teachers often gave us photos, art projects, and gifts made by the children throughout the day. It touched me that the teachers cared so much to think about the parents in addition to everything they did already to care for so many children. Absolutely endorse CCSC as a place where children can thrive and learn!”

“My daughter attended Achieving Stars Academy (ASA) this past year and I couldn't have been any happier with how much she learned and grew as a preschooler. She looked forward to going to school every morning. She enjoyed all the teachers she learned from. She made friends. She learned self confidence. Most importantly, she came in as a primarily Japanese-speaking student and after her year long attendance, she passed with flying colors her English assessment test for her kindergarten school. I am extremely happy with ASA. Don't hesitate to send your child here; it's well worth the foundation they build for your child.”
