“From my experience, I don't think this location deserve a 1 star. I picked up medicine for about 10 times here. There was once that I waited for about 5 hours. Other times, it is ready in around 2 hours. Just make sure you checked with app/website/phone call before you go. I called about 3 times. Every time it is picked up within 3 mins.”

“Have the people putting horrible reviews on here even gone to JAMM, as they claim to? I'm not so sure.. As a student who has attended Jackson for 9 years, since it was established, I can tell you that many of the things people have said in their reviews on here are lies. For example- that they make everyone BUY their own instrument for school, that there isn't a large selection, and that students aren't taught to play. There is, in fact, a large selection of instruments available and if you are unable to get your own there are free loaners. The music teacher is great, and he has taught me so much about music theory, reading music, and more. Moving on- the criticism of the staff is quite sad. All of my teachers have been wonderful and do the best that they can. Also, to go as far to say that the staff is cruel, which I've seen in a few reviews- is crazy. They are genuinely very kind and caring people. The academics are great too, and the teachers do, in fact, care a great deal about their students. So, if you are a parent thinking of sending your child to JAMM reading these reviews, don't let the comments about "cruel" staff or terrible academics make you change your mind, because they're wrong. I am so grateful for my parents for sending me to this school. If you decide to send your student here, they will be thankful for it too!”
