“My mom and I stopped in here randomly to get ready for my tea ceremony and banquet, and we are glad we did! Anh Thu and the workers were amazing to work with, even when it got hectic and busy - since wedding season is back in full swing and she also alters and rents ao dais for any occasion. We came here to buy: - Vietnamese wedding ao dai. This was custom made and shipped from Vietnam. When it came, I was pleasantly surprised the hem was perfect and the sleeves were too. We just needed to hem the pants! - Bridesmaid ao dais. We got 3 custom made because I have friends who are not standard Asian sizes. They were affordable - about $80 each. Not terribly priced and the girls can keep it forever. We also came here to rent: - 1 bridesmaid ao dai. This was because my sister is a standard Asian size, the cost was about $35 to rent and we also had a security deposit. - The groom’s dragon suit. The suit was very well made and the dragon was hand painted. - Tea ceremony trays. We rented 4, including the blankets on top, for about $60 total and a security deposit. Overall, the owner was very reliable, and her prices were affordable and her items were in tip top shape. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable. I completely recommend going here to prep for your Vietnamese wedding.”

“We called Adrian for a quote to replace our water heater as we were unable to get it to work. Over the phone, Adrian had us tried several things to troubleshoot it because he said our heater was 1. a good brand 2. relatively new to be breaking down. After several attempts with no success he asked if it might be that our gas was not on...turns out, that was it :) Adrian was SO helpful and obviously wasn't just trying to have us replace our water heater without first making sure it really was broken. When our water heater does need replacing, we will definitely be calling Adrian!”

“Smoking Pig has their other location on 4th St, but I like this location because it has a full bar. They have amazing brisket, delicious sides, and my consistent go-to for a quick, light lunch are the chicken lollipops and “wolf turds” (sausage and cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon). Both are smoked to perfection. I love these so much it inspired me to make them at home occasionally, and I appreciate the time and effort that goes into it. They have great in-house bbq sauces, solid selection of beers on tap, and I highly recommend it. Dine in is great, but I’ve gotten their brisket to go and their food travels well. Check it out!”

“I come here occasionally. The last few times my burger has just been ok but on this visit it was delicious, fresh veggies, the beef was juicy...really enjoyed my meal. My fries were hot and just as good as always. The fountain drink was lacking gas. Took one star off because of past experiences but I hope you guys continue to make high quality burgers like today. 👍”
