You will find cyclists of all ages and convenient places to park your cycle. Take a quiet corner seat. You can eavesdrop on interesting old folk with fairy tale lives chatting an afternoon away. Listen to moms on hiatus from their kids loudly trash talking them to their friends as you giggle into your coffee. Warm sun and cool breeze as you pay attention to the human beings living their lives. I think of Kazuo Ishiguro's quote - "There was another life that I might have had, but I am having this one." I feel grateful that I'm living this beautiful life. This is a great place to people watch and listen to real life dialogue - very important as a writer of fiction. 🤩💖”
