They removed the old wood shakes, installed new plywood sheeting and ‘felt’ before applying the dimensional shingles. We supplied the new metal roof vents for them to install. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned the area each day before leaving. This company was family-owned at the time they installed our roof; I sure hope it’s in the hands of another generation.”

“First time ever in San Jose. My sister and niece and I stayed here for three nights and four days. Beautiful suite, clean and quiet! Two rooms with two full baths. A full sized kitchen that had all supplies like plates cooking pans cups silverware linen coffee keureg machine, toaster, tea kettle, knife block etc - we saved a lot of $$ making our own meals. They provided, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. Full sized fridge, stove, microwave. There is a grocery store within walking distance that we shopped at and yes they took Visa!! I had forgotten to bring USD and from Canada. On the 3rd floor, there is a outside pool with hot tub - super well taken care of and secure. Hidden with beautiful landscaping lots of cabanas games room with pool table,TVs, fireplace. Loved our stay here, have book marked this as one to return to again. Highly recommend.”
