I was having some problems with a new garbage disposal and dishwasher, and finally decided I need to have some professionals come out to figure out what I did wrong. I happened to catch this company at a really good time, because the guy (Ramez) was able to be at my house the same day. He was super professional, he had mask on so I wasn't worried about my family, and he was in-and-out within about 30 mins. Everything got fixed, everything cleaned up, and he verified everything was working with me. The price was super-reasonable; he gave me a good deal because it ended up being a pretty quick job. “I came to these guys with a 2004 Lexus RX 330 and asked if they could fix a loose bumper & the moon roof which was stuck open. They got to work right away and fixed both issues in record time! Not only that, but the guys there are super friendly, down to earth, and have positive attitudes. In the end, they didn't charge much, which was a relief- these are HONEST PEOPLE. “The food is always good. There is always more of a wait, but it's worth it because it tastes good, and it's understandable due to lack of staff and their fixing food for carry out and delivery too. I have also noticed the service has gotten faster, especially when they have more than one cook in the kitchen! Ashley is always SUPER sweet and attentive when I go. The new manager does seem to care about the staff and over working then which is good too. My complaint is due to the drama between other staff that can be heard by the diners. There is one waitress that I have encountered a couple times that their seemingly negative attitude made me not really want to come back, but I remembered that we never know what people are going through so I tried to respond kindly and not angrily and she definitely softened. I think it's more an issue of being stressed out especially with all of the to go and delivery orders that come through in addition to the lack of staff they experience quite often. Yes, we should present our best at work, but we are all human. I wish their were a way for the restaurant management and probably franchise, to look at team building and responding to specific store staff needs like maybe not participate in delivery services or something. I know there is a lot to running a restaurant and if short staffed this would be hard, but investing in the staff would also promote being fully staffed!”
