“During the pandemic, my hatchling turtle Donatello got sick with respiratory infection and eyes issue. Other vets were not accepting new clients due to covid. I called over 10 clinics and all had declined, I was starting to lose hope. Just then, De Anza vet called me back and said they were able to see Donatello. I was so happy and relieved. The staff was so helpful and caring. The Dr. took her time with talking to me about everything, covering all basis in no rush. The price was super reasonable given the circumstances. Donatello is doing great just one day after taking him to the vet, his eyes are open and he’s not freaking out about being in the water. Most importantly, he stopped sneezing in the water. They sent me videos to teach me how to administer his treatment. I am so happy and thankful for De Anza Vet Clinic. They truly eased my mind and heart. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place.”
