“I visit this park during the day. It is quiet and shady. There is a play area for kids but it could definitely use some updating. There is a large circular path you can do laps around. There is a basketball court available, though it is a small one. There are restrooms here but I have not tried to use them during the day so I do not know if they are even open. There are some older people who come by to walk or use the playground equipment as exercise.”

“I called R.P.S. Ribbs Premier because I needed a second opinion on a plumbing estimate for broken pipes which caused water damage in my home. From Sarah in the office to Thomas and Jonathan who came to my home, they were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. They examined the area in question in detail and provided a clear estimate with two different options. They left me with a brochure (and Jonathan took the time to quickly review it with me) and a business card as well. I would recommend R.P.S. Ribbs Premier without hesitation. After this initial visit, we hired RPS to complete our plumbing repair after other companies failed to come or would not come out to make an estimate or look at the job. Thomas and Jonathan came back to do the work and they were courteous, personable, careful and thorough in their work and committed to excellence. It was clear they actually CARED about the quality of their work and wanted to do an impeccable job (which they did!). The price was HALF of what another company quoted and they completed the repair quickly and efficiently. It was also a pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them. Dental appointments are stressful for most people, including myself but You can relax and watch your favorite Netflix show during your appointment. They offer to stop for a bit whenever you need a break which is often left out by many dentists. Dr Michelle makes the best cookies ? ! My only recommendation would be to make them more often! “Everyone here was kind and helpful from start to finish. I have a pet with a lot of special needs and when I moved to the bay area, I needed a new vet clinic. After having a bad experience elsewhere, I made an appointment with Lincoln Avenue Vet Clinic and the service here was spectacular! They took the time to understand my cat's medical history and did the most appropriate and necessary tests without going overboard. They were so gentle and patient with my cat and she was the least stressed she's been in a vet office since the move. The refills on my cat's medications were also pretty reasonable, and I'd happily get them there with how quick and convenient everything was.”
