“Best dentist EVER! She is so kind, caring and a quality human! I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. After experiencing a horrible infected molar and desperate to get care, my sister found her. She explained to them my very real fear of the dentist that kept me away from caring for my teeth for years prior. She has been a blessing for years now. I still have a bit of anxiety when I go, but because of her understanding along with no judgement, I have never missed an appointment. I cannot forget her wonderful staff and the welcoming environment they provide as well! Amazing! My teeth and I are so very grateful !!! Now many family members are also patients. “I have been taking my 11 year old Havanese Lola to CitYDog in Mt View for several years now and have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, compassion and care they show me and Lola. They recognize that Lola has some special needs and they are endlessly flexible, patient and loving with her. And with me as her neurotic mom! I also have her groomed there and they do a fantastic job. They are worth every penny for the peace of mind I have when I go to work overnight knowing she is safe and well cared for.”

“Jeff and his team are fantastic; they know what they are doing, are very skilled, and they are passionate about their job and the people under their care. They have invested in the equipment and supplies they need to do their job—I can’t tell you how many other services have showed up with not much more than a first aid kit, while in contrast EMS/Rescue arrives early and sets up a complete aid station. Really, I can’t recommend this group enough—you will feel so comfortable having them at your site making sure that everyone is safe. Head and shoulders in responsiveness and professionalism above any EMT service I’ve used in the past!”

“I am the type that never will write a review however I need to get somethings out in the open. I was going to leave a very poor review but there was a nurse that literally hands down was a one man wrecking crew. My mother in law was a patient and she lets my wife and I know everything that happens from her waiting on the nurses assistant and them not responding at night. I know she can be a handful but there is no excuse for her seeing the nurses assistants sleep on the graveyard shift. I was floored when she told me her nurse was the one always checking on her and doing both jobs. I believe one of the assistants she saw walk by her room and didn’t even acknowledge that she pushed the button for help. She told me he went by the name Nehemiah. Yes he did do some work but she mentioned that if he was not in the mood to do his job he let her know by his actions. But saw him sleeping in some room all the time on the graveyard. The other assistant she said went Isaac. He however is a whole different story. She felt he had a chip on his shoulder and could hear his music and snoring. Very unprofessional. The only reason I bring this up is I’m a business man and if some guys were stealing from the company by sleeping on the clock, I’d take action. My mother in law however had not just a silver lining but it was golden. Nurse Maggie is the soul reason this place is getting my 5 stars. Not only did she do her helpers job as well as her own, you could just tell she really cared about the person in the bed. No matter the head ache they gave her she kept coming back with a smile. When we were there visiting she showed the out most respect to my wife and myself. She would explain to us what she was doing and made us feel like we could leave her in her hands and not worry one bit. This world needs more kindness the way nurse Maggie shows to her patients. I do feel bad saying negative things but again I’d like to know if I was in charge. If my mother in law ever needs help again I wish I could just hire her to come to my home and take care of her there. Thank you Nurse Maggie for giving me a little more hope that people can be kind in this world and thank you for helping my mother in law. It did not go unnoticed. Best of luck to you. You deserve the best life has to offer.”

“The best chicken rice I've ever had outside of Singapore. This place has incredible chicken rice. On the kiosk, I ordered dark meat, with skin, with chicken broth, and a container of Singapore soy sauce. The chicken was perfectly poached. It was tender and just wonderful. The rice was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The broth was perfectly salted and tasted great; I had the whole cup all at once. The Singapore soy sauce seemed to be soy sauce diluted with chicken broth. I used about half the container. I appreciated the shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and cilantro on the side. I also ordered some fried chicken skin, because I've never had it. It came in a wax paper bag and had a strong chicken-y smell. The skin was like pork rinds but chicken. For my drink, I had a can of coconut water. My total after tax, before tip was $23.98, which felt fair for what I got. Here's why I'm taking a star off: I saw and heard two employees bullying a third employee for wearing a mask. There were two guys, one with a cap and one with a beard, and they continued to comment on a female employee who was wearing a mask. I loved the food here. It brought a smile to my face. However, some of the employees need to grow up.”

“She used to work out of another person's store and wasn't always in the office but I found it easy to get a hold of her over email and found it convenient that I could leave materials to be embroidered with the store even while Tess was out. Now she has her own store so I'll need to pay more attention to the hours of operation when I go to drop off or pick up. She does great embroidery work at a reasonable price. She's also happy to do a rush job when needed. I've used her for my company several times now and have always been happy. This week she even did a same-day turn-around on an order I needed in a hurry.”

“I had always sent my Shun knives to its manufacturer's free sharpening service, but I have to pay for shipping and wait for weeks before I get my knives back. I'm very happy to have found Kirigin Stone. Its operations are in a home garage. The owner was very polite and patiently answered any questions I have for him. It's was a 30 minute process to sharpen 4 knives. My knives are really sharp now. According to the owner, he does a number of collectors katana sharpening too. Not that I own any...”
