“Our AC unit was not operating when we arrived at our mobile home at Paradise Bay so we phoned a contractor who had previously done a "check up" on the unit. When their technician arrived and did about a 5-10 minute check of the unit, we were informed that a new compressor was needed, but that they could install a new unit for a minimal amount more … total of about $5,000 ! I phoned Nice Air and they promptly sent a service tech who made a thorough assessment, replaced a burnt out disconnect, checked all pressures, etc. and had the unit up and running within 90 minutes at a very fair price ( a fraction of what the first contractor tried to finagle). I could not be happier with the Nice Air service tech, Chris, who was thorough, honest and explained every step. I will not name the first company but rest assured I would NEVER use them again. Dr. Nguyen and the assistants did a wonderful job. This was one of the procedures I felt that the dentist did a confident job on. I made Viva Dental and Dr. Nguyen my primary dental provider as of then. It's been about 4 years. The staff at Viva Dental are always nice and respectful. They are transparent about the costs and make sure you understand and agree with them before proceeding. They're also pretty quick and efficient, too!”
