“Signing up for martial arts with Major Kim is a life changing and can also be a life defining experience. I started martial arts at age 35 with no prior training. It increased my endurance much more than just running and working out. Major Kim is hands down one of the best instructors I have ever had in my life across all disciplines. He is also the person other instructors come to when they want to understand some of the finer points. His instruction and guidance is second to none. He has many lifetimes’ worth of experience in martial arts that he is able to share, so that you too can live a healthier life. He is also a very selective instructor who also picks his students. If you want to improve your health, be in better shape, or if you are already in great shape but want to see what else you can work on, come on by, check it out.”

“I’ve only been to this nail salon once about two weeks ago. I wanted a pedicure and a gel manicure. They did my nails and pedicure simultaneously. Tracy did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and she even repaired a broken nail that wasn’t long enough to cut off the broken nail. She was was polite and professional. I believe the price for the gel manicure was $28. I can’t recall the name of the woman who did my pedicure, nor do I recall the price; she did a great job on my pedicure but the nail color of one of my toenails chipped in 4 days. Usually, regular nail polish on my toenails can last up to a month. The salon was very quiet and I wish there was a little background music. I’m glad I had enough cash with me to pay for the services and enough to tip both ladies; they only accept cash. Still, they did a great job and I will return.”

There are TVs to keep you updated on the news and weather, or that part of the basketball game to keep you from missing out. You have choice of booth or counter. And the atmosphere is always warm. Oh! And if you have a gang with you that would fit more appropriately in a private room, the 'Hickory Pit' can accommodate you there too.”

“Finding the right preschool for our family was challenging. We wanted our children to learn through play - to discover more about the world around them in meaningful out-of-the-box ways - not through sitting at a desk or worksheets. We want(ed) them to be taught respectful conflict resolution skills, responsibility and self-expression. I thought that I would need to sacrifice these standards when I went back to work because so many preschools we visited seemed more like elementary school than true developmentally-based preschools. My work schedule was increasing as our children got older so I needed flexible care- some long days, some short days, some weeks different than others. Campbell Child Development Center met and exceeded our expectations. Every time I popped in (they have an open-door policy), my children were fully engaged in creative play. When my children graduated from CCDC 3 years later, we walked away with a 2-inch portfolio of their developmental progress since their arrival - literally a scrapbook of their growth on every level. The principles, language and skills that they taught our family are still used every day in our home. Our children still ask to go back and visit (now 8 and 10 years old) and we remain close with many of the families, teachers and staff. Do yourself a favor and take a tour of the preschool. Be prepared to be impressed. ”

Our waiter Joaquin was really nice and was really knowledgeable about the menu and had some great recommendations on flavors to pair with meat choices. It was a slow Monday night and one of the guys was all smiles and was even dancing. Generous portions and not stingy with the sides:) I got the Adana Kebab, pretty good!”

“We were turned on to this place by a colleague who had indicated that it had fantastic ice cream. after a meal at the orchard City kitchen this is now my go-to spot for a unique brand of ice cream. It very much is a gourmet ice cream shop, or at least what my taste buds think is a gourmet ice cream experience. this is largely because the flavors and combinations of ice cream that it offers is very unique and even those that may have a established commercial counterpart such as toasted almond has a unique flavor and spin on how it is composed and created. Their ice cream combinations are daring unique and special. and I can say that you will likely get a taste of ice cream that you've likely not experienced before in a good way. The shop offers classic ice cream configuration such as cones and sundaes and even offers floats. However it is surprising that they do not offer shakes. There are also some date food offerings in addition to the ice cream. They have a good amount of flavors to offer numbering somewhere around 20 or so at any given time and the flavors do rotate with old favorites coming back and new ones coming in every now and then. Definitely worth a try if you want a new ice cream experience.”

She was able to help me with my posture and pose in order to get the most out of my workout. I was able to work muscles I never knew I had.
