“Rented an urban flat for the first part of our family vacation. The place was decorated very nicely and it was plenty of room for 5 people total including 3 grown children. The flat has a modern miminalest feel with an open floor layout. Equipped with two bedrooms and two baths with great water temperature and pressure. The flat even had our own balcony that overlooked the rover oaks parkway. We were conveniently located right across from the fitness center and 10 steps from the pool. The surrounding neighborhood had lots of unique restaurants with a Target and Walmart no more than 15 minutes away. Evan and Annie were very accommodating the whole trip! We would definitely rent from here again!”

“My husband and I just moved across country into AIRE about a week ago. To be honest, it’s been hard to find people that are willing to help us here in the Bay Area and the staff at AIRE have literally been a blessing. From the beginning of the process of moving, Corina made it so easy. She was very professional and so kind as she walked us through the rental process and made sure we had everything we needed to move. As we continued to figure out logistics, she continued to provide help along with Jack. Even our move in day, they both continued to serve us so well, allowing us to borrow their dolly to help us cart stuff from one end of the building to the other and made sure we had everything we needed to get settled into our new home. They definitely made moving so far from home a lot easier and we can’t thank them enough for this!! On top of having such a great experience with the staff, our apartment was beautiful and super clean. We joked that even the trash room smelled good! (But for real, it did - it smelled like cinnamon!) In addition, everyone we have encountered that lives here has also been super kind and welcoming, which just makes this place feel more like home. I would absolutely recommend living here just based on the interactions I’ve had with the staff and the tenants.”

“First time here by accident while walking back to my hotel, Larkspur of Milpitas. Perfect hot grass jelly drink for a cold and rainy night. This drink actually congeals as it cools at room temperature . Wow. Quality grass jelly. I could drink this everyday. Going to order two of this drink to go. It's that good! Oops, I just ordered...”

“About 5:45pm Wednesday not too busy, maybe 3 or 4 people inside. Possibly a couple of cars at the drive-thru. It took a little while but everything was being made to order. Although at taco bell I suppose that they don't have a lot that can be made and ready in advance. Ordered a dozen soft tacos and a dozen bean burritos. Received all that I ordered drove home and everything was as expected. They do have handicapped parking near the entrance, didn't notice if their door had the push to open button.”

“First time staying here, I like it a lot. Large comfy rooms, clean, love the kitchen. Huge couch and a full breakfast. Walkable to 7+ restaurants, especially a great vegan place and a taco drive. It's a great value. I've stayed other places in SJ and paid a lot more for less. This larkspur place is terrific.”
