“Ivan came in this morning to fix a clog on my dishwasher drain. Where other service providers could give me an appointment only after 3 days, Ivan said he could be at my place in half an hour. I appreciated his ready availability. He did a thorough job of cleaning the dishwasher drain hose and the one from my sink leading to the sewer. He checked all the joint fixtures and the bottom of my dishwasher for leaks. It was very neat and detail-oriented task. He did it carefully and patiently, step by step. He is going to be my plumber for keeps. Would recommend his services without hesitation.”
