Waiting time can be long but we were lucky as we come when they just open. They provide authentic options like soy milk 豆浆, fritters 油条, Chinese savior crepe 煎饼果子, jellied bean curd tofu curd豆腐脑. We tried 旮旯汤 and braised pig trotters 卤猪蹄. There are many different flavors of buns like 猪肉茴香、菠菜、天津小肉包。 As I am from south China, I can feel the love towards sesame sauce from people in the north. They even have it in the soup. I am not used to it but it tastes good. It is very interesting to try. Soy milk and fritters are ok and my favourite is the pig trotters~”

“I want to give this place five stars because I hate to be the person the complains about price. That being my only issue, this place was the only place open on new years eve 12.31.21 that had any availability to see my cat. Cat injured his leg and it was getting worse to a point where he couldn't even rest and was acting scary. Wouldn't put any weight on it at all and I thought it was broken. I called all the sage hospitals from the peninsula to San Jose, all the medvets, archvet, any animal hospital I could find on Yelp or Google maps while my cat was crying for hours. Every place said they just couldn't take him, or had a 4-5 hour wait (And when I called back, they said the updated status with no more availability) South Bay animal hospital right away said they could see my cat if I brought him. I brought my cat over right away and explained to them a bit of his symptoms. I ended up sitting in the car for over an hour trying to get approval for a loan because the diagnosis for his leg injury was over $3,000, And I don't think he would be seen without upfront payment. Thank God it turned out not to be a broken leg or worse. My cat had gotten attacked and his leg was getting infected so they drained and cleaned the wound. Overall, so grateful that this place was the only one that could see my cat, but I'm wondering if it's because of their prices. Not sure if that is normal, but if it is I probably will try to call all the other vets before I come back here. Reliable but expensive.”

“Trucker Life. While doing Amazon Block haul for a week, part of the loads where cancelled and I end without anything to do for 3 days. I slept in their lot for couple of nights with no issues. Inside I found that they sell a lot of Filipino food products so it's a plus for me. I noticed also that there are a lot of 4 wheelers (mostly vans) slept out here as well. There are no truck stops nearby so I am very appreciative for letting us sleep in their lot. Thank you”

“In our recent trip to Argentina and Chile we found Trip Harvest to help us plan and design our itinerary. I wanted to use their firm before we booked the trip. From the first call I had with Evan at Trip harvest I knew they were very good. My husband and I travel extensively and have worked with a lot of travel agents/consultants. We wanted to go to Argentina and Chile and knew generally knew where we wanted to go. In the planning phase not only was Evan super responsive he was able to help us design an itinerary that worked very well for us. He knew the countries well and had suggestions of things to do and places to go that we were not aware of. On our trip, all the connections and transportation worked perfectly, the accommodations were first rate, the guides were very good, and we had a great time. We loved Trip Harvest's travel app that we downloaded on our phones and tablets before we left. The app was so easy to use and you didn't have to be online to access it. Having your day by day flights, itinerary, location information, restaurant recommendations and other tips at your fingertips was very helpful. Trip Harvest listened to what was important to us and arranged spot-on excursions that were everything we wanted. We had a wonderful time and will recommend the firm to our friends.”

“This review will back up the words used in previous reviews. The best, super knowledgeable, professional, thorough, great, etc. We had an unfortunate experience with a mobile mechanic-restoration man, and the results were a big mess in our garage. All electrical wiring in the engine bay cut and unusable. Distributor and coil in pieces. Alternator wiring cut and unusable. Wrong water pump hanging by a couple of bolts, fan askew. Gas tank leaking, and more. I found Big Daddy's Motor Cars on the internet and gave them a call. I talked to Vic and explained our situation. He was very sympathetic, but explained he would have to talk to Les, and Damon about the job since it was started (botched) by someone else. We talked a few days later, and he explained that they would be glad to help us out and take on our project. Boy, were we lucky. They repaired all the damage done by the previous mechanic. They got the car running great. They installed a front power disc-brake conversion kit. They even did things not included in the original estimate: fixing the driver side door that wouldn't close all the way, adjusting the windows so that they rolled smoothly and even closed, and fixing the hood so that it was flush with the fenders, and more. They even did a nice wax job on the car. They went above and beyond all expectations, treating the car like it was their very own. All the work they did was excellent. We highly recommend Big Daddy's Motor Cars. Thanks again so much to Les, Damon, and Vic!”
