The Wholesale House

Wholesale House is a great place to get flooring here in Santa Cruz county. The last time I carpeted my house that's where I ended up buying as their pricing beats just about anyone else and since they are a wholesaler, they are not tied to any particular brands.

When the premium vinyl tile that we liked would have taken too long to arrive from out of state, Gayle suggested a comparable brand with a local warehouse. The product was delivered to the showroom the next afternoon. And the following day, our recommended installers did an impeccable job installing the flooring and baseboards. We are so thankful for the excellent service and attention in helping us get this completed in such a short time frame.

The service and staff are incredible! They go above and beyond to get the job done and the product quality is fantastic. You can definitely tell that the owner cares about his customers as do the lovely staff who are knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help fulfill your flooring needs.

They really went out of their way. I wanted a Acatia wood looking porcelain floor. Haley looked on her computer and is sending for samples from outside vendors. I am so impressed!
