  If you’ve wondered what a Latin 💎 in Fairfield/Suisun looks like then come here. Stepping into this shop is like getting a free flight to Latin America and the food is the vehicle. Wish I took a photo of the Horchata Iced Coffee, Chicken Empanada, and Pastelito but I ate it before I had a chance to take a picture.
  
  Suisun got lucky to have this cafe.

  New favorite coffee stop and wonderful local eatery with great food. I had the fish sandwich and was blown away by the flavor.
  
  I came here the first day they opened and was greeted by the friendly staff and extremely clean seating.
  
  My wife and I returned for breakfast. We ordered a Horchata Latte and Mazapan Latte and they were spectacular.
  
  You get the full bodied flavor of the coffee with a great balance of sweetness and milk. Most places add way too much sugar or milk.
  
  Thank you for the great food and excellent experience. We hope to continue to visit you for years to come.

  Had dinner here last night. We had the chicken chimichuri salad. The portions were generous, and the flavors were on point. We shared a empanada dulce with passion fruit filling for dessert. Everything was delicious. The decor is clean & neat, the service was prompt and friendly. We’ll be back.

  I was very excited to try this new place out at the Suisun Marina and it did not disappoint! Walking in, I immediately got a cozy feeling and enjoyed the chill atmosphere. The service was quick and the staff were so wonderful! I ordered three things: the chorizo empanada, tostones rellenos, and hamburguesa latinas.
  
  The empanada was fantastic! The crust was crispy and flaky while the chorizo itself was full of flavor. The dish also came with two dipping sauces. I dont know what they were called but both tasted very good and paired well with the chorizo flavor.
  
  The tostones rellenos were three plantain cups filled with different toppings. I really loved the the one filled with mozzarella. The cheese was so gooey and melty and amazing. The ropa vieja was so tender to the touch and juicy. And the garlic shrimp tasted so bright and fresh! This was a standout dish because you get to taste a little bit of everything.
  
  Lastly, the hamburguesa was delicious! It was very juicy! It was a blend of beef and pork and the usual burger fixings. Their special sauce makes it stand out from other burgers and it didn't leave me feeling very heavy like a lot of American burgers typically would. The sweet potato fries were also crisp and have that familiar flavor we all know and love.
  
  I thoroughly enjoyed La Guagua! I will definitely come back to try their other foods and their coffee. I highly recommend you do too!

  Wow! La Guagua was amazing today on their grand opening day and everything we tried was absolutely delicious and so well made! Fresh food with a homemade taste and quality! You really feel at home at La Guagua I got to chat with the owners and their attention to detail and service was exceptional. The place is beautiful, clean, smells amazing, and has so many options from drinks to desserts and hearty meals my husband had a delicious pork sandwich I think it's Cuban and he loved it. I had a tasty Nicaraguan dish with plenty of queso frito (my favorite!) and dessert was buñuelos Nicaraguan style made of yuca with the traditional syrup. I enjoyed a cold Milca and my husband a Jarritos. We can't wait to go back to try the Chia con Tamarindo drink and Ropa Vieja because it looks and smells amazing. I want to go in the morning too because they have many delicious looking options for coffee and pastries (latin american, of course!). I could go on and on about how great La Guagua is but you have to try it for yourself you'll be happy you did!
