(July 29, 2019, 9:05 pm)It may have taken a while for everything to be fixed, but they were willing to take care of my particular situation. This is my first experience with an actual car dealership, not just used cars; so this was quite a jolting experience. I'm glad that it was taken care of as promptly as possible.
Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I'm willing to make that drive to get my next vehicle in the future. -

(April 29, 2019, 11:52 am)I am in the process of buying a new car. I contacted many dealers in California via email, including both North and South California. Unfortunately most Kia dealers play games, give you a discount and try to take it back with finance tricks, offer you a different car when you walk in etc.
However, my interaction with Kia of Vacaville was "surprisingly" straightforward and honest. They had a real discount, and Jeff provided the the quote for pricing in a couple of emails.They do not have the interior color I want, but they are in my shortlist.
