“I hate spending a lot of money on clothes, but it seems like I'm always in need of work pants. I couldn't find any black pants with actual pockets for women at Ross so I went here and found a couple of pairs for a great price. They were a lot less crowded than Ross as well. I was able to find an excellent winter coat here for Tahoe last month and I was glad to have it for the crazy snow this February. They also have a good selection of hair care and body products and other miscellaneous goods.”

The new Manager has come in and immediately started making changes for the better. So far there is new pool equipment and the property is getting a much needed update. “My mom started in the rehab facility with a broken knee and soon moved in as a full-time resident due to mobility issues. First, the place is very well-kept. It's clean and the owner has taken great pains to decorate the large facility with fun movie-trivia memorabilia and tons of other themed decorations. All the wards are named for different cities. The main theme is obvious - a nursing home can be a fun and lively place. The staff is excellent - I have not had an interaction with anyone who didn't have a great, friendly attitude and yet were honest with me about everything to do with my mother (who can be a bit demanding, lol). After two years living there, they even moved her to one of the largest rooms in the place, which looked kind of like a little studio apartment with a private bathroom. No, they did not charge her more for this - they just moved her there when the opportunity presented itself as she is one of the younger residents and loves her "things" so they moved her and lovingly set up all her photos and shelves and personal TV. It was very sweet and impressive for such a busy hospital to take the time to do that. I have nothing but the utmost respect for what they do - show care and attention to my mom when I can't as I have a full-time job and can't provide the care she needs. Great job, people.”
