It is connected to one of the bike paths which is great, but it also bring in some foot traffic of others who choose to hang out at the park to smoke, etc.”

“There are so many great things I can say about this place. I won a hunt through cwa and took my son for his first hunt. We arrived late due to passing storm and the women at the desk totally understood. Got all checked in and she explained everything. Went and picked up our rented dog "gunner" (who was amazing) It was a steady drizzle the entire time we were out but still managed to get one bird. I felt successful because my goal was to take him out, watch the dog work, and hopefully get a bird. We went to turn in our dog and the sweet lady I think felt bad the we only got one. I let her know we wanted to turn it in for a smoked one. That is when I think the owner offered us 3 smoked birds! A great experience all the way around and definitely worth the 2 hour drive! Definitely where we will bird hunt this fall.... ❤????❤”

“Keep finding new places to explore! The trails are hidden in so many nooks... so many bird varieties. Lots of baby birds/ ducks/ turkeys/ in the park. Many shaded trails to escape the heat. There is an archery field, an electric flyer field, hiking, and more. It's one of my local sanctuaries :)”

“Husband and I picked up dinner from DQ and had dinner in the Keating Park parking lot reliving memories of when our son played ball there back in the 80s. We were the only car. It was peaceful and restful and just what we needed. We did, however, miss the eucalyptus trees that had been cut down there along the back fence.”

“This is my first time coming to Magnolia Park. It's a lovely little park with both uncovered and covered picnic tables BBQ pits. A little splash area for the kids to get wet on hot summer days and a full on play area. I really sweet little place to have fun with your family. I highly recommend if you're in the area.”

“This park is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing time. It provides great seating under shaded areas for parents and guardians looking to keep a close eye on their children. There are two play areas, one for 3-5 years of age, and another area for 6 years and up. There are plenty of fun activities to play on, slide down, and climb on. There is a large grassy field area for ball playing and other large planned events. A nice cement path wraps around the entire park for a relaxing walk and bench / tabled areas sit on the outskirts of the younger play area. There is even a half basketball court with one hoop for anyone looking to ball out. My favorite part is the location, which takes place in a very quiet neighborhood with seemingly older residents, which means park upkeep is on the top priority list for the city. I thoroughly enjoy this park and my kids have tons of fun. I've also been to planned events at this park and I never felt like the area was too small to support large parties of 50-80 people.
