“Drove 33 hours all the way from Alabama to vist family in Vacaville and needed an oil change before the long drive back. We didn't have an appointment scheduled but Mr. Wayne Salas was incredibly friendly and said he'd still get us in for the day even though they were fully booked. He explained it might take as long as 3+ hours of waiting depending on when he had someone available, and told us we were more than welcome to wait in the lobby and even recommended some food spots in walking distance if we were hungry. We ended up waiting less than 30 minutes. Next time we're back in Vacaville and need anything serviced we will definitely stop here again. Thank you so much Mr. Salas!!”

“Yum yum yummy! So good and fresh. Lots of different toppings and 10 different yogurt flavors, one of which was a no added sugar cheesecake. My husband said it was very good. I had chocolate and hazelnut and my sister hazelnut. I believe it is .59 cents an ounce and it is all self serve. Resturant, counters and table where you can sit and eat inside were sparkling clean. We sat outside on one of their benches because it was cold inside ….. their a/c is working good!”

“It'll never be the same again, and this is PRE-Covid. The atmosphere was way different 3-4 years ago when they still promoted a wifi -friendly atmosphere. Things quickly dulled after that and then with covid hitting, it's just a not-so-convenient neighborhood coffee shop. However, the manager has always been super professional and the staff knowledgeable and friendly, so I guess it really just depends on what you're looking for. I still go there, but it has dropped from 2-3 times a week to once every month or so.”

I got several bids and most of them were really high and used really thin plastic materials. Pro Stone by Molina gave me a competitive bid using manufactured stone material instead of those plastics offered by the other bidders. I have had several bad experiences with contractors in the past and I have to say that working with Esteban at Pro Stone was really refreshing. He gave me an itemized contract before he started and we made sure to include everything. He started the job when he said he was going to and finished the job when he said he was going to. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job even tearing out and redoing some work that I think other contractors would have simply patched. I would use him again in a minute for any work I have in my home and recommend him unreservedly to anyone I know.”

While useful in some regards, it had little use when it comes to drilling actual holes. I explained to the technician what a drill index is and they got it for me. The slight confusion was made better by the technician's positive attitude and the fact that this place always has the sharpest drill bits in town!”

“I had ordered two replacement camera batteries to be shipped to Korea, and paid for priority international. However, they did not arrive by the cutoff time, and so I called in. Apparently, they had sent the batteries with the totally wrong shipping method! To be honest, I was quite mad as they said it would take 6-8 weeks, but I had paid nearly $40 shipping for within 10 days. However, they sent me two more with the proper shipping for no extra cost, as well as saying that the first two batteries will be mine when they do finally arrive. Although I think it was quite a big mistake to make, and there would have been no rectification had I not called myself, they did everything they could to make it right. Although I cannot give 5 stars, I am satisfied with how the situation was resolved.”
