“This place is right outside of Travis AFB. It looks kinda seedy, maybe not totally kept up on both the inside and outside, but wow. The food is definitely worth it, some of the best bbq I've had in a while. Not overly cheap, but the portion sizes are GENEROUS, and absolutely delicious. You can tell that they take pride in their food, and I'll definitely be going back.”

“I went to this school for kindergarten to 6th grade, and I had a good experience. Everyone is VERY behaved, they school has a lot of fun programs and spirit days, such as Team Time, Red Ribbon Week, and the Book Fair. All teachers are VERY friendly and they help you succeed in your academics. There is no bullying and there is no gangs. This is a very good school to send your child to.”

“We are very happy with this FamCamp. It's conveniently located (walking distance to the School, BX, Class Six, Commissary, Starbucks, Burger King, and Parks). There are lots of trees and the place is clean. Every RV site has a concrete pad. They stay on residents to clean up after pets. It's quiet (with the exception of gate traffic and planes taking off sporadically). I have no complaints. They upped the rate to $22 per night, but still a steal considering it includes water, electric, and free cable. Washers & Dryers available (3 of each). There are also clean community showers & restrooms. They also have a water station to refill 5 gallon jugs of filtered water. Wish we could stay longer than 90 days at a time!”

“Customer service was EXCELLENT! I don't know what thaw other reviewer was talking about. Keyauna (sp) was the one who handled me and my Sons purchases, AND went out of her way to escort us to the appropriate department that handles exams and accepts Tricare insurance. She was very attentive and took alk of our information. When we returned two weeks later, she remembered us as and was able to quickly process our order. I did notice that there were several customers who felt entitled to jump lines or interrupt conversations rather than wait their turn. Having to wait 1 to 3 minutes is nothing...and is CERTAINLY no excuse to try to make yourself stand out based on your husband's rank! Get over yourself! The staff at Optical National Vision are professional and great at what they do. Don't waste your time believing a fake negative review from a impatient customer. Its more cost effective than any of the off base shops, there are many options to choose from, AND they take Tricare! Go check them out!”

“Plenty of packing & shipping supplies, including the special APO boxes. No passport services offered here anymore. I actually enjoy coming to this Post Office. I have a PO box here and both of the postal workers are super friendly and helpful. They’re always laughing. My only complaint is that there isn’t anyone there for me to pick up packages on Saturday mornings. Several other post offices in the area are open for a few hours on Sat mornings. This really inconveniences my “I need it now Amazon 2-day shipping” haha”

“We LOVE Larry's Produce! Very inexpensive produce with tons of variety. It does tend to go bad pretty quickly though, so we plan on buying only what we know we are going to eat pretty quickly. During the Fall they have a great Pumpkin Patch that is FREEEEEE! Many of the other local pumpkin patches charge for things like a corn bath or corn mazes and there is no cost at Larry's. Definitely a place to check out if you are in the area.”
