  Heater died yesterday, a Sunday. I called John today partially because he's also in Petaluma and he got to me on the same day and diagnosed the problem with our thermostat. He was fine with me replacing that on my own, and he pointed out the important concerns which will lead to us replacing the heater as soon as we get the $ together. He went beyond what was needed when I asked, checking out the ducting under the house, and giving me a quote for a new furnace that shows he's working with my budget. I trust him. He's clearly well-qualified and competent in his work, plus he seems to be a people-person as well, meaning he listens to what I need. I never felt pushed into a sales conversation. His concern was for our safety and to educate us about the possibilities. This is an important requirement for anyone I do business with. Thank you, John, we'll definitely get back to you about our future needs and I wish you the best in your business.

  John came out right away and did my heater repair and checked my AC while here. I am using him for my attic repair also. Please try him out. you will be very happy

  Excellent service for a fair price. John is knowable and honest. He was on time and explained everything he needed to do and what the options were.

  John came out and answered all my questions and took care of our heater very quickly. He didn't even charge us for any parts. He cleaned the flame sensor and said it would be fine . It's been great for the last couple weeks . We will definitely call him for our heating needs, if we need him again.
