  Kinda dry most of the year. But there are some cool spots to be found by those who are willing to walk about 5 miles. M oi mountian biking, some swimming places(*I wouldn't go in the water personally). Bring water.

  Best family park and trails in Sonoma County (and we are blessed to have so many). The hikes up here are just stunningly beautiful all year round, and they're well-maintained and feel safe as well. Whether you have an hour or a day to spare, it's the best.

  Been hiking here my whole entire life. I’m obsessed with it, such good trails. Perfect, trees to bare path ratio throughout. Love that it’s 3 parks connected. I love just getting all lost in the forest. Annadel is a treat for anyone.

  Some of the best mountain biking in the bay area. 40+ milea of chunky single track tucked in Santa Rosa, CA. Lots of riding styles would be comfortable here, though there aren't many great spots for beginners. If you're a brave beginner, you'd be fine. Not terribly steep, but pretty technical in a lot of spots. Great for hiking and horseback too!

  This is a beautiful park with nice trails and amazing views. Bursting with life, this park is bound to leave you breathless one way or another.
  I don't hike as much as I would like too, so my stamina isn't the best. That being said, I didn't struggle at all while hiking around sunset. Lots of trees cover most of the path and there are also some benches placed along the way.
  Great place for a solo hiking or to take the kids.
