  I've gone go a few different yoga studios and this is the first one where I feel completely comfortable and really get to enjoy class. I've experienced classes with a few of the instructors and they've all been amazing. This is my go-to place! I've found my yoga home. Recommend for any body, any size, any experience.

  As a beginner to yoga, I was intimidated about trying yoga in a group setting. The teachers at three dog, and in fact all the patrons as well, made me feel welcome and comfortable. I am able to go at my own speed and rate of flexibility ☺️ and the teachers are excellent. Love this place!

  Three Dog is the best yoga studio I've ever been to. Staff is awesome, community is friendly, and the vibe there is really something special. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

  I started doing yoga here 5+ years ago. I love the variety of classes, quality of the teachers, and overall welcoming vibe of the studio. Even after just one class, you really feel part of the 3 Dog community.

  I casually enjoyed yoga a few years ago in Florida. I moved and couldn't find a yoga studio I really liked. I'm in Santa Rosa for work for 6 months so I figured I'd give yoga a try again. I'm SO pleased I tried Three Dog! It's amazing and now I remember how much I truly enjoyed this! Can't wait to go back!
