“Just recently had my Bilstein shocks serviced with these guys, and overall i'm extremely happy with all the service they've provided. With regards to cost, i have no bases of comparison, but i believe it was a fair price for all the help they've given me plus the turn around time is as fast as i requested it to be. Thomas, Beau and Dalton were extremely helpful with explaining things to me and going over certain tuning parameters i wasn't clear about. They took the time to answer all the questions i had to the best of their ability without rushing me to do something else. The email response time is great with detailed messages. They even took the time to take photos of their work on the shocks in very good quality. Only small issue we ran into is over the fact i wish they had a slightly updated billing system. I think if they had paypal or other quick payment options it would be a top notch servicing system. I myself had a issue with a outdated card being declined and made the payment process a bit difficult. Paypal or google pay would have greatly reduced this issue for me. Other than that 5 stars!!!”
