The windows in my house are not rectangular and the window frames are not perfectly aligning with the horizontal lines due to the age of the house. They managed to measure the dimensions accurately and provided a great solution. Loving my new customized shutters! Also while installing the originally ordered shutters, they noticed that I have some extra handyman work needed outside of the original request, they kindly offered to help me finish those extra installations and saved me so much time.
