“This is a beautiful old home lovingly cared for in a prime location. The grounds feature lush landscaping with relaxing decks and porches for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The hosts are very gracious and the house is very comfortable and lends to a relaxing get-away.”

““Borscht” is a seven letter word with only one vowel! Loved the food and the alternative vibe. Unbeatable view. To the staff: Life is too important to be taken seriously. Enlightenment = Joy.”

“BridgeHaven was real nice. Things are expensive there. The people are okay.”

“We were there on a clear day, temps in the upper 70s, a slight breeze. This beach is where the Russian River greets the sea. Flocks of pelicans soared gracefully overheard. A perfect spot to appreciate the ebb and flow of the ocean waves, and simply relax while reflecting on life.”

“Beautiful and popular beach but there are nicer beaches all around it just walking distance.”

“Easy, flat trail along the bluff, with a short steep hill at the end to Goat's Rock. Get there early, a lot of people, even in the off season.”
Address: Pomo Canyon Trail, Duncans Mills, CA 95430, USA
“Really nice trail. It connects the beach and Highway 1 to the campground, and makes for a really good day hike. The upper trail goes to the top of the hill and has great views of the ocean, while the lower trail is shaded by redwoods and has great views of the Russian River. The upper trail is overgrown by grass in some sections, so watch out for ticks.”

“We went on a weekday and saw more animals than people. It was almost completely quiet, just an occasional bird singing and a little rustle of the wind through the trees. Only word of caution is to look out for the poison oak.”
