Now I see my permanent doctor every time it's wonderful & yes the wait times on the phone can be lengthy but that's the call center in a different city NOT the girls on the front desk, (it's not their fault or job to answer the incoming phone calls.)”

“Dr go and the staff and can be really busy..I have had nothing but the best experience ever as for the first time I went I felt played too. But after years of struggling with my brain he helped me but at first he was not the best by me also knowing my diagnoses are and what meds I've tried and haven't tried don't give up so quick because everyone has a bad day I had to wait for over an hour for the patient in front of me I didn't mind because at the end of the day all the people there are trying to help love Dr Go and Brittany yes once in a while people make mistakes and in response to the 40mile driver I would of been angered with Dr Go you have to tell him straight up whats going on if you want a chair a one hour of talk time hes not the guys he observes your behaviour and the second appointment was great my medication regimen is right and I'm sorry for the bad experience you both had there.”
