(January 2, 2019, 3:33 pm)The customer service was great, all the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast was great and so were the rest of the amenities. And because of the price, I'd definitely stay again.
(November 15, 2018, 5:26 pm)It's been renovated recently. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The room we had had a small kitchennet (2 burner electric top, a medium size fridge, and 2 queen beds. We paid an extra $65 pet fee to allow us to bring our small dog. Try to get an even number room. The odd numbers face busy Ventura Road and it may be an issue if you are a light sleeper.
(September 27, 2018, 3:53 am)I love staying here. I always pick this place when I am in town. Friendly service. Free basic breakfast included in the main lobby. Very friendly service and staff. Rooms are always clean and check in/out is always effortless.
