“Take these reviews with a grain of salt. Most people only write reviews when they're upset. I lived here for 2 years and I thought it was just fine. I had a 1 bedroom (750 sq ft) with a balcony that i shared with my wife. Local management are good people so long as you treat them with respect (which you should do with anyone). Management are willing and able work with you to navigate the corporate policies! Community is nice, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the location is very convenient. Quiet little community with hiking trails nearby. Check it out and don't be a jerk :)”

“First time at this laundry at this location! Had such great customer service and the cleanest/ user friendly laundry mat I’ve ever been too. If you forgot to take out cash before coming no worries! They have an app where you can pay with a card and earn money back. Washes 3 small loads and a large load and earned about $5 back that we used to dry our clothes! Never been to a place that gave you money back to wash. Will definitely be back (:”
