“For our need, visiting family living close to Thousand Oaks BW+, the accommodations were just fine, we were there only to sleep & eat breakfast. The furniture is dated but in good condition yet the overall decor is tolerable & the other room amenities were good. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. We felt it wasn’t on the same level as other Best Western Pluses where we have stayed, yet again tolerable.”

While they may have changed some Directors, current officers seem to be committed to provide best care for the residents. It's also a beautifully designed senior living facility in a nice Thousand Oaks community. I know they have their resident council officers that contribute to keeping the facility a good place to retire and meet friends.”
